As a client of Elodhi Reflexology, you agree to abide by a Cancellation Policy & Terms of Business.


Terms of Business

I will endeavour to respond to e-mail or telephone messages within 24 hours whenever possible.


If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened or rearranged to avoid any inconvenience to other clients.



Cancellation Policy – Important Information

The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.


Cancellation within 48-hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellation within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge.


I keep a list of clients who are waiting for appointments at short notice, therefore I am often able to fill the appointment if I receive appropriate notice.


My right to cancel an appointment

Very rarely, I may need to cancel your booking. In this event, I will contact you by telephone as soon as I possibly can.


Refunds

Refunds are not given for completed services. Should you in any way be unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact me so that I can try to resolve any problems.


Mobile Phones

Please refrain from using your mobile phone and ensure it is switched off or silenced for the duration of the treatment.


Privacy Policy

All Personal Information is treated as confidential. All data will be kept on a secure server and UK Data Protection and Consumer legislation will be complied with.

You confirm that the credit, debit card, being used is yours.
